How long does my spinnball take to ship? -  We ship our balls with premium USPS shipping, meaning you will receive your spinnball in 14 days or less.

How big is a spinnball?  - Our spinnballs are designed to fit in the palm of your hand, meaning they fit all hand sizes.

How durable are spinnballs? - Spinnballs are fairly durable, depending on the model that you choose. They are all designed to be dropped multiple times during play, without scratches.

Do you accept refunds? - We currently do not accept refunds other than for special circumstances like a destroyed product, a product that did not ship, etc. Please email us at spinnballz@gmail.com to ask for a refund.

How can I use my spinnball? - Spinnballs are designed to be fidget toys, meaning they can help you focus. They are also very durable so you can play catch with your friends for hours at a time.

Is it worth purchasing the Ultimate Package? - If you want to get multiple spinnballs at a discount, the Ultimate Package is the way to go. If you bought all three spinnballs separately, you would need to pay a minimum of $45, whereas the Ultimate Package is only $34.99.  It's 25% cheaper!
